As an Account Manager selling FlatFrog Board you will be responsible for closing contracts with key enterprises and strategic partners across the globe. Entire Sales, Marketing and Product teams will be there to assist you. This is an emerging market, with a huge business potential. We scale the business in a customer-oriented, data-driven and fast-paced way.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Build your pipeline and establish strong relationships with global clients
  • Sell to early adopters and those adopting FlatFrog Board for the first time
  • Manage and close high-level business in a fast-moving environment
  • Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with the Product, Marketing and Sales teams
  • Facilitate an efficient transition of new business to the Customer Success team
  • Develop and execute strategic plan for the territory and document and distribute competitive information
  • Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with sales management on the pipeline status

Your Profile

You are a person with high energy, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to work closely with Marketing and Product colleagues while maintaining daily focus on business opportunities and sales.

Must-haves for the role:

  • At least 3 years of high-volume / transactional B2B sales
  • Documented strong track record in selling SaaS
  • Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making and persuade others
  • Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions with the ability to create fair transactions
  • Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously while positioning company products against direct and indirect competitors
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or similar
