Promethean Enters into a Patent License Agreement with FlatFrog Laboratories AB

9 April 2022 - FlatFrog and Promethean announce today that they have entered into a mutually agreeable settlement and patent license agreement.  The Agreement resolves litigation over FlatFrog’s U.S. Patent Nos. 10,775,935 and 10,739, 916 that was pending in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.  As part of the settlement, Promethean agreed to license certain FlatFrog patents. Other terms of the settlement and license agreement were not disclosed.
