Supply-Chain Responsibility
Responsible minerals sourcing
FlatFrog uses tantalum, tin, tungsten, and gold (commonly referred to as conflict minerals or 3TG), as well as cobalt and other mined minerals, in the manufacture of our products. These minerals have specific electrical and physical properties that are necessary for product functionality.
FlatFrog’s responsible minerals sourcing practices are aligned with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas. We distribute our Responsible Minerals Sourcing Policy to our suppliers and expect their full and timely cooperation in responding to our information requests.
We actively collaborate with our supply chain, including subcontracted manufacturers, to identify and eliminate non-compliant Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) smelters and refiners. While FlatFrog does not directly procure minerals from mines, smelters, or refiners, we are committed to working with our suppliers to trace newly mined minerals back to their origin and to support responsible sourcing practices.
